Platinum Benefit Solutions was established 20 years ago by Lee Pluke. Lee has won multiple awards in the field of financial services and is also the co-founder of the Africa Direct Group. My parents were shopkeepers, and I grew up serving people behind a till. I think we are born to serve and to use our God-given talents to help make a difference to the people we meet.

One of the keys to success is having a strong determination and a willingness to fight for what you believe in. Over the years it has been our teams privilege to provide financial advice to more than a thousand people and currently we have more than 15 thousand clients on the products and solutions we have developed within the Africa Direct Group.

Our Debt solution is built over the years of seeing so many people who have been given poor financial advice and sold so many personal loans when they could have accessed money through their home bonds. The new laws which seem like they protect people actually prevent so many of our people from getting access to the money in their home bonds, they stay trapped in the High-Interest Loans and see all their hard-earned money disappear.

Many enter Debt Review which in my personal opinion is another trap that is very hard to escape, our role is to remove these burdens and move people into financial freedom. So many people are depressed and struggle with health conditions caused by the stress of cash shortages, there is a struggle to pay school fees, buy food, pay rates, and so much more.

It is a shame that this has been allowed to happen to the people that serve our communities.
